今月の麺心 よし田は豚骨ラーメンじゃった。

近所のラーメン屋、麺心よし田では月替わりで限定ラーメンつうのをやっており、先月は魚介豚骨なる一品やったが、今月はシンプルに豚骨ラーメン。

これがまたトロットロでコラーゲン的なあれこれなスープ、だけどもベースが塩なのでアッサリとした旨味。

んーんまい！
