先一昨日だっけ、親知らず抜いて後口がほとんど開かへん。
で、食べるもんと言うのはとりあえずヨーグルトをメインで生活中。

ほんなんでお腹がずっとゆるい感じですね。なんかぐるぐるって言うてる感じで。
まぁこら痩せますわ。
